OEA (Operador Económico Autorizado, Mexico's Authorized Economic Operator) is a modality of the Company Certification Scheme managed by the Tax Administration Service (SAT). It recognizes companies that maintain minimum security standards across their international supply chain.

The program is aligned with the World Customs Organization SAFE Framework and with equivalent programs in other countries, which may facilitate mutual recognition.

Registration is granted by the SAT. Delour prepares compliance with the requirements, builds the application file and supports your team throughout the process and the inspection visit.
